Marcus does a FABULOUS job maintaining our pool! He takes all the worry out of the process for us, as he relays meticulous notes and keeps a detailed schedule in terms of specific maintenance needs. We can set our clocks to him! He is ALWAYS here at the same time every week and we truly appreciate what a great job he does!

Had our pool for almost 2 years and Backyard has been great whenever I have had a problem they have taken care of it. Marcus my pool guy is there every week doing a great job. He has to deal with a lot of leaves and makes sure he gets every last one of them weekly. Keeps me informed of company deals and other maintenance that needs to be performed. GREAT JOB!!!

Hunter is the most impressive pool guy I’ve ever met, his knowledge of all things pool is without rival. He immediately got my pool under control and was able to diagnose a pesky leak that nobody else could solve, Im so grateful to have him attend my pool its never looked better than it does now. Louis has also been another incredible resource, definitely the most professional and knowledgable pool company service manager Ive ever spoken with. Oct 2024 PJ is hands-down one of the best professionals I've had the pleasure to work with! He tackled a particularly tricky issue with my in-floor cleaning system – a subtle inconsistency in one of the fifty zones that had been there from the start. It took time, patience, and a lot of problem-solving, but PJ didn't give up. He researched all the related modules, isolated the issue, and finally fixed it. Throughout the process, PJ explained exactly how the system works, even sharing some handy maintenance tips along the way. Sep 2024 Joshua had a tough job with the lights in my waterfall – not easy to access, and the conduits were blocked by an ant pile. My pool’s pretty big, so moving all those stuck cables around was no small task. On top of that, he replaced the heater igniter, which could have easily been a deal-breaker for other companies. But Joshua got everything done in no time! Seriously impressed with the pros at BYP and their top-notch customer service. Although my pool is now complete, the overall process was not as smooth as I had hoped, with various unexpected issues arising throughout. I believe this was due to the project manager I was assigned, who is no longer with BYP. As a result, I encourage future clients to research reviews and choose a highly recommended project manager. For instance, I can confidently recommend Jimmy Bullock, who has since won me over as a loyal customer. My decision to work with BYP was largely influenced by Marc McDonald. I had a unique pool design in mind and consulted with five different pool designers, but none of them came close to Marc's vision. He listened attentively to my ideas and produced a design that exceeded my expectations. It's unfortunate that Marc no longer works with BYP. While I won't delve too much into the construction phase due to the issues caused by the initial project manager, I must acknowledge that the final product is precisely what I wanted. This is a testament to the quality work done by BYP's skilled laborers, plumbers, electricians, and more. When Jimmy took over as the new project manager, everything improved drastically. He responded promptly to my inquiries, paid close attention to details, and approached every issue with a dedicated and professional mindset. Jimmy's engineering approach to problem-solving solidified my decision to continue using BYP's services. I had researched a few pool companies but after meeting Drew Easterling, I looked no further. I was so totally impressed. He listened to my wants and needs and designed a perfect pool for my backyard. Sam Brennan was my project manager, who was very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining in great detail the steps of my install. Tammy from the front office kept me up to date on the schedule dates. After getting the approvals, BpLux started immediately and completed in 7 weeks. I am so pleased with the entire process of my pool build. I seriously would tell anyone…don’t look any further! I have used other pool service providers. Backyard Pool group is WAY better! They service the pool, blow sweep around it, check for leaks to alert me of any other needs, and send me pics of the finished look. They are timely and dependable. Definitely recommend them and SO glad I switched. I was worried about the switch but so relieved to see that I was settling with my previous provider!

If you are going to build an in ground pool, I highly recommend Backyard Paradise in Montgomery. Jan helped us design the pool in our backyard complete with pool and spa, outdoor fireplace, and full outdoor kitchen. The design was exactly what we envisioned with only a few tweaks that she helped right away with. Sam was amazing to work with as our project manager. We built in the winter and that had its unique challenges, but he addressed all issues and made sure that we ended up with the perfect oasis. He went above and beyond to ensure that we were happy with the final product. On top of that, we use BYP pool cleaning/maintenance for regular care and we love them too! Highly recommend.
